Block Blitz EcoCleaner – Block Paving is an environmentally conscious solution designed to maintain the beauty and longevity of various hard surfaces. Manufactured in the UK, this eco-friendly moss remover and hard surface cleaner is perfect for a wide array of applications including block paving, paving slabs, concrete, natural stone, gravel drives, decorative aggregates, and artificial grass.

Simple to use, it only needs to be mixed with water and can be applied through a watering can. This hassle-free approach eliminates the need for pressure washing or scrubbing, making the application process quick and easy with no measuring required. Once applied, Block Blitz not only breaks up moss and debris in paving joints but also continues to act over time, gradually dispersing to maintain cleanliness.

Application

Always apply to a dry surface. Don’t apply if rain is forecast within the next 24 hours. Apply Block Blitz every 5-6 months any time of year.

Poor Condition Paving

For grimy paving that is covered in algae and has moss and/or weeds growing in the joining material, follow these steps:

Step 1: Apply first application of Block Blitz. Leave to work for a minimum of 2 weeks.

Step 2: Spot treat any remaining weed growth with a weed killing product.

Step 3: Apply second treatment of Block Blitz 4 weeks after first treatment. Block Blitz will gradually break up moss/debris in paving joints and slowly disperse over time.

Instructions

Important! Wear suitable gloves and eye protection. Wear suitable clothing and footwear. Keep children and pets off treated areas until dry.

Please Note: Prior to use it is advisable to test a small inconspicuous area of the surface to be treated to check for suitability. Block Blitz may leave a white residue, rainfall will gradually wash this away.

Be Patient

Allow rainfall to rinse your paving. Block Blitz will gradually start to transform your paving. Please note Block Blitz will not restore the colour of weathered surfaces; Block Blitz has a slow secondary cleaning effect which will help prevent the regrowth of algae and moss for months afterwards. Block Blitz will also clean jointing material, helping to deter future weed growth. Any newly emerging weeds can be spot treated with a weed killing product. However, the more you use Block Blitz, the more paving joints will become resistant to weed growth.

Important! Never add water to Block Blitz, always add Block Blitz to water. If you get any powder on your skin, wash off immediately with cold water.

Don’t mix with other cleaning products or acids. Don’t inhale dust or mist. Only use in well ventilated area. Don’t use in contact with aluminium surfaces. Block Blitz can discolour painted and varnished surfaces. Rinse off any contaminated surfaces with cold water.
