Moss and algae can create slippery and hazardous conditions on block paving, particularly when the surface is wet or damp. This can be dangerous, leading to slips, trips and falls. In addition, moss and algae growth can also cause block paving to become discoloured and unsightly, detracting from the appearance of outdoor areas.

Scrubbing and brushing block paving is a gruelling job, it seems never-ending! Another alternative is jet-washing, but that ends up causing even more mess as you blast moss and dirt EVERYWHERE… There are some chemical solutions that can also be used, but these have lots of nasty chemicals and biocides in them.
