Turfix, part of the King’s Award-winning Pitchmark Group, is looking for a motivated Key Account Manager to join our dynamic and innovative team.
Are you an ambitious and driven individual with a passion for the sports turf sector?
As a Key Account Manager (UK & Europe) for Turfix, you will manage a diverse portfolio of clients, develop new commercial opportunities, and establish meaningful relationships across the sports turf sector, with a specific focus on professional sport and education. Your primary aim will be to drive Turfix product sales by working effectively with our existing portfolio of diverse partners and clients.
What You’ll Do:
Cultivate Relationships and Achieve Targets: Maintain relationships with key customers, meeting financial targets and KPIs while providing service and product solutions.
Collaborate and Promote: Collaborate with Marketing to promote Turfix's offerings, engaging with customers, partners, and suppliers on social media and at events to expand our reach.
Support and Innovate: Stay up to date with industry trends, customer feedback, and sector activities to inform R&D and innovation and pursue opportunities to support key accounts overseas.
Maintain Standards and Facilitate Growth: Maintain high levels of management and collaborate with colleagues, partners, and suppliers to identify growth opportunities in target sectors.
What We’re Looking For:
Ambitious and Motivated: Minimum of 5 years’ Sales Manager experience, the drive to achieve and exceed targets, taking initiative and working logically and efficiently.
Flexible and Adaptable: Handle changing priorities and travel demands with ease, while proactively managing and prioritising tasks.
Customer & Sector Focused: Good knowledge of the turf, amenity and wider sports sector. Dedicated to providing excellent customer service, building relationships, and ensuring satisfaction.
Effective Communicator: Strong communication skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision, ensuring clear and efficient interactions.
